Edupoto Rwanda Ltd and Rwanda Film Federation (RFF) have signed a MoU on 19 September 2025 to jointly strengthen Rwanda’s film ecosystem
The partnership, represented by Shema Katende Luyombya for Edupoto Rwanda Ltd and James Mugisha for RFF, focuses on mobilizing resources for film projects, monetizing members’ works under a commission framework, and delivering joint initiatives. Through this collaboration, both parties aim to advance professionalization, expand market access, and grow audiences for Rwandan films. This milestone reflects a shared commitment to building a vibrant, sustainable, and globally competitive film industry in Rwanda.
